*ALL rental scenarios require that a Fire Department (CVFC) Member be present during your function, during setup, and during cleanup. This requires the Tenant to pay the hourly Bar Tender / Monitor fee's for any setup time prior to the event, 1 hour before the event, the hours of the actual event, 1 hour after the event, and any additional time needed to cleanup/packup after the event. You can not recruit your own Bar Tenders.
